芝麻组织培养研究进展与展望

摘    要:概述了芝麻Sesamum indicum L.离体再生培养和遗传转化的研究状况及其主要影响因素,包括外植体前处理和培养环境、外植体类型及基因型、基本培养基和生长调节剂等.指出芝麻组织培养研究中存在的主要问题和不足,展望了芝麻细胞工程和遗传转化的研究内容和研究方向.

Abstract:The progress of sesame culture,as well as genetic transformation were reviewed in the current work..Several factors including explant types and genotypes,explants pre-treatments,media,plant growth regulators,as well as incubation condition were summarized and analyzed.Additionally,the major difficulties and shortages in sesame tissue culture,and prospect of this technique in cell engineering and genetic transformation were also discussed.
