基于ALGOR的多连杆压力机工作台台板厚度参数优化设计

摘    要:通过Autodesk Inventor软件建立多连杆压力机工作台台板模型,使用ALGOR软件模型的厚度参数进行有限元分析,根据分析结果比较受力变形数值是否符合设计要求,通过不断修正厚度参数,得到符合设计要求且节约材料的最佳台板厚度,达到优化设计的目的。

Abstract:Autodesk Inventor software through the establishment of a multi-link table platen press models, the use of ALGOR software model of the thickness parameters of the finite element analysis, based on an analysis of the results of numerical deformation compared with the design requirements, through continuous amendments to the thickness of parameters with the design requirements and saving the best material plate thickness, is designed to optimize.
