| 摘 要： | 花青素是一种重要的生物资源,综述了植物产生花青素的概况及植物细胞培养过程中,碳源、氮源、激素、光、温度及前体添加剂等因素对植物细胞生产花青素的影响,并对植物细胞培养生产花青素及其前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Anthocyanin is a kind of important biological resources.The general situations of anthocyanin production from plants were summarized.The effects of carbon sources,nitrogen sources,hormones,light,temperature,and precursors additives and other factors on the production of anthocyanin from plant cells in the culture process of plant cell were summarized.And the anthocyanin production by plant cell culture and its prospect were predicted. |
