论加快四川竹产业的发展

本文针对四川竹产业发展现状，提出了加快发展的设想。重点论及竹产业发展七个方面的政策环境：落实山权林权，规范竹林采伐，鼓励加工利用，加大资金投入，减轻税费负担，搞好招商引资，深化科技兴竹，完善竹业协会。进而明确了当前加快四川竹产业发展的五个着力点：把握基本原则，创新发展机制，培育龙头企业，狠抓技术推广，优化发展环境。

On Accelerating Development of Bamboo Industries in Sichuan Province

On the basis of analysing the current development situation of bamboo industries in Sichuan Province,the paper describes the idea of accelerating the development.7 policy factors of acceleration are discussed mainly,i.e.determining land and forest ownership,clarifying bamboo logging regulation,encouraging industrial utilization,enlarging financial investment,alleviating tax and fee burden,inviting outside commercial investment,promoting bamboo science and technology,improving professional association of bamboo industries.It is then decided that 5 key means should be put in high priority currently in accelerating bamboo indudstry development of Sichuan Province,i.e.insisting foundmental principle,creating a new development mechanism,cultivating key industrial enterprises,organizing scientific extension,improving development environment.
