摘 要: | 利用~(14)C-六六六,验证浓硫酸净化法与国际公认的美国化学家协会方法检测稻米中六六六农药残留量的结果表明,前者平均回收率达90.0%,平均相对标准偏差为8.0%(n=9);后者的回收率88.9%、平均相对标准偏差为3.0%。两种方法统计学上无显著差异,即两种方法有可比性,证实我国沿用已久的浓酸净化法是可行的。

COMPARATIVE VERIFICATION OF THE DETECTION METHODS OF BHC IN RICE BY ISOTOPE TRACER TECHNIQUE |

Abstract: | The concentrated sulfuric acid cleanup method.and AOAC official method for detecting BHC in rice were compared by using 14C-BHC as a tracer.The results showed that the recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD) of 14C-BHC were 90.0% and 8.0% respectively for the concentrated sulfuric acid cleanup method,and 88.9% and 3.0% respectively for the AOAC official method,Statistical analysis indicated that there was no difference between the two methods.It could be concluded that the concentrated sulfuric acid cleanup method was reliable. |
