肠道无菌鸡实验性白痢病

摘    要:在保持恒定温、湿度的无菌隔离器内,用鸡伤寒-白痢沙门氏菌标准株C_(79-13)实验感染肠道无菌鸡48羽,常规鸡12羽作为对照,观察雏鸡感染后的病变及细菌回收。结果表明:出壳24h内感染的雏鸡,其存活时间与环境因子和染菌剂量有关,在相同的条件下,常规鸡比肠道无菌鸡的存活时间显著延长(p<(0.05);肠道无菌鸡取败血症经过时,其胃肠道病变比较特殊,肝、肺亦有特征病变;从各组织、器官中均能回收到本菌的纯培养。实验证明,雏鸡肠道正常菌群在防御肠道病原菌定植上有重要作用。

Abstract:Forty-eight intestinal-bacteria-free (IBF)chicks were infected with Salmonellagallinarum-pullorum reference strain C_(79-13)(SgpRCS)and 12 conventional chicks were used ascontrol to study the effect of environment factors,doses of infection on the survival time,pathological lesions of chicks and the recovery of bacteria after infection. The results indicat-ed that the survival time of chicks infected was related to the environment factors and thedoses of infection within the first 24 hours of their life.The survival time in control chicks was longer obviotisly than that of IBF chicks under the same conditions (p< 0.05). The pathological lesions in IBF chicks were spectacular when the chicks suffered from the sep-ticemia of SgpRCS. The pure cultures of SgpRCS were received from all organs and tissues ofcarcasses. The experiment showed that the microbiota in the gut of the control chicks hadsignificaiit effect on the defense ability in chicks against the colonizatioi1 of pathogens in gas-tro-intestinal tract.
