| 摘 要： | 以胡萝卜根尖作为试验材料,对常规胡萝卜染色体制片方法进行了改良,结果表明:经改良后的制片方法在质量和获得所需细胞数量上都有明显的提高。

| Abstract: | With the root tips of carrot as examination material,one improved method was used for observation of chromosome in carrot,the result indicated that the well-spread and clear mitotic metaphase chromosomes of carrot were obtained after the improvement.And the more aim cell which needed than the general method also be obtained. |
