桔梗总黄酮的提取及纯化工艺研究

摘    要:研究适合桔梗中总黄酮的提取及纯化方法,以充分利用桔梗资源,提高桔梗的利用价值。提取过程采用乙醇提取法,检测采用紫外分光光度法,纯化采用大孔吸附树脂吸附为主的纯化法。研究结果表明,样品桔梗中总黄酮含量大于2.87%,纯化后的纯度为76.77%。桔梗中总黄酮的含量较高,较易被提取纯化,可以作为提取黄酮的有效资源之一,所采用的提取及纯化方法可以作为桔梗中总黄酮提取及纯化的有效方法之一。

Abstract:In order to make good use of and enhance the value of platycodon root resources,the suitable methods on extraction and purification of total flavonoids were studied.The physical extraction and ultraviolet spectrophotometer method were used and the absorbent resin were used to purify the total flavonoids.The results showed that the content of sample total flavonoids was 2.87% and the pureness after purification was 76.77%.And the content of total flavonoids from platycodon root was higher and it was easy to ...
