盐胁迫对高羊茅种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:研究盐胁迫对高羊茅种子萌芽和幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:不同浓度的NaCl胁迫下,高羊茅种子的发芽势、发芽率、株高均呈下降趋势,处理与对照间的差异达极显著水平。盐胁迫对高羊茅叶片的叶绿素含量和根系活力均有一定影响,叶绿素含量对照与处理间的差异达极显著水平;根系活力对照与低浓度处理间的差异不显著,与高浓度处理间的差异达极显著水平。

Abstract:In this articte,the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that germination potential,germination rate and plant height of schreb which treated by different salinity density appeared decreasing tendency,and the difference between treatment and control was significant at 1% levels.Salinity stress had effects on chlorophyll content and root activity of schreb.Chlorophyll content had a high significantly difference between treatment and control.There was no evident difference in root activity between low density treatment and control,while the difference between high density treatment and control was high significantly.
