摘    要:试验研究了不同供钾水平下9个春大豆基因型的磷积累和利用特性,结果表明,R7期植株各器官磷浓度和磷积累量皆以种子为最高,其次为叶片和茎秆。施钾可提高叶片和茎秆的磷浓度,增加所有地上部器官的磷积累量,其中茎秆的磷积累量达到显著水平。不同基因型间各器官磷浓度的差异均达显著或极显著。施钾可使植株地上部磷效率比略增,但降低种子磷效率比及显著地降低磷收获指数。不同基因型问磷利用效率参数的差异均达极显著。本研究提出了在低钾条件下采用种子磷效率比和磷收获指数作为高养分利用率筛选标准的观点。

Abstract:The characters of phosphorus accumulation (PA) and utilization of 9 spring soybean genotypes under different potassium (K) suplies were studied in the experiment. It was showed that seed had the greatest P concentration (PC) and PA in various organs above ground at R7 stage, after that were leaf and stem. The values of PC for leaf and stem and PA for each organ above ground were increased with the K supply, in which the value of stem PA was significant at 0. 05 level. The difference of PC for every organ among various genotypes were all significant at 0. 05 or 0. 01 level, while the difference of PA for seed and leaf were not. Applying K fertilizer could improve shoot P efficiency ratio in plant dry weight (PER) and decrease seed P efficieny ratio in seed (PER) and P utilization index (PUI). The extremely significant difference in parameters of P utilising efficiency was exsisted among soybean genotypes. It was suggested that using PER in seed integration with PUI as a target to select soybean genotype under low K condition.
