以新型城镇化推进城乡一体化

The new ur- banization can promote the integration of urban and rural areas from the following aspects： economic, social, cultural, ecological, political and institutional, etc. To accelerate the new urbanization process, we should take the main measures： conduct on the people--oriented principles. Deeply promote the balanced development of urbanization, industrialization, in- formatization and agricultural modernization. Insist on the development idea that inheritance should be combined with innovation. Optimize layout, promote the coordinated development of big, medium, small cities and small towns. Increase support to three--dimensional rural issues to construct a beautiful countryside. Deepen the institution reform, and establish sys- tems and mechanisms that are conducive to the healthy development of urbanization.
