| Abstract: | Some characteristics of Hongqi Canal still have revelations to today＇ s construe- tion of water conservancy and irrigation. Firstly, people--oriented project preparation and inter--provincial collaboration; secondly, investment management is mainly raised by coun- ty, agency and team, supplemented with the national fund; thirdly, scientific survey and de- sign with pragmatic comparison; fourthly, contracting quotas with strict liability and lifetime Warranty; fifthly, canal systems, organization improvement and institution of water supply; lastly, enhancing human capital. |
