摘 要: | [目的]高效、无污染地测定果汁饮料中的锌。[方法]在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,以双硫腙为显色剂,利用浊点萃取-分光光度法测定饮料中的痕量锌。[结果]在pH 4.6的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,Zn2+与双硫腙形成稳定配合物,其λmax=526 nm,线性范围为0.2~1.2μg/ml,回收率为96.0%~102.5%。[结论]浊点萃取-分光光度法可用于果汁饮料中痕量锌的测定。

Determination of Trace Zn in Fruit Drinks by Spetrophotometry after Cloud Point Extraction |

Abstract: | [Objective] The study aimed to determine the Zn in fruit drinks with high efficiency and without pollution.[Method] In the present of non-ion surface active agent Triton X-100,with the dithizone as the chromogenic agent,the trace zinc in the fruit drinks was determined by the spectrophotometric method after the cloud point extraction.[Result] In the acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution with the pH value of 4.6,the Zn2+ with the dithizone could form the stable complexes,with the λmax of 526 nm,the linear range of 0.2-1.2 μg/ml and the recovery of 96.0%-102.5%.[Conclusion] The spectrophotometric method after the cloud point extraction could be used to determine the trace zinc in the fruit drinks. |
