摘    要:[目的]筛选当归组织培养的最佳试验条件。[方法]以当归的幼嫩茎段为材料,研究不同激素及浓度对当归增殖和生根的影响。[结果]0.1%HgCl2对当归外植体的最佳消毒时间为5 min;MS+6-BA 0.30 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L为诱导与增殖丛生芽的理想培养基;1/2MS+IBA 1.50 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L为丛生芽的最佳生根培养基;移栽驯化中最适宜的栽培基质为腐殖土∶珍珠岩=2∶1。[结论]该研究可为当归的工厂化育苗提供理论依据。

Study on Tissue Culture Technology of Angelica sinensis( Oliy.)Diels.

Abstract:[Objective] The paper aimed to select the best experiment condition of tissue culture technology of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels..[Method] With tender stem of A.sinensis(Oliv.)Diels.as material,effects of different kinds and concentrations of hormones on the multiplication and rootage were studied.[Result] The best sterilized time for the explants was 5 minutes in 0.1%HgCl2.The optimum medium for induction and multiplication of multiple shoot was MS+6-BA 0.30 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L.The best medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 1.50 mg/L+ NAA 0.01 mg/L.The culture substrate suitable for transplantation was humus soil∶ perlite=2∶ 1.[Conclusion] The research could provide a theoretical basis for industrial seedling of A.sinensis(Oliv.)Diels..
