摘    要:目的]为海洋放线菌中抗菌活性物质的提取提供参考。方法]对海洋放线菌H23-16进行发酵培养,用有机溶剂提取发酵液中的活性物质,并用纸片法测定提取物的抗白色念珠菌活性。结果]H23-16发酵提取物的抗白色念珠菌活性较强(抑菌圈直径可达21mm);所提活性物质对温度和紫外线较稳定,而对酸碱不稳定。结论]该研究为新型抗生素的提取分离提供了新途径。

Extraction of Active Metabolite from Marine Actionmycete H23-16 and Study on Its Stability

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to provide the reference for extracting active metabolite from marine actionmycete.Method]The marine actionmycete H23-16 were cultured and fermented,the active metabolite in the fermentation broth was extracted by organic solvent,and the activity of the extract against candida albicans was detected by slip method.Result]The activity of the extract against candida albicans was strong with antibacterial circle diameter of 21 mm.The extracted active metabolite was stable to temperature and ultraviolet,but was not stable to acid-base.Conclusion]The study provided the new way for extracting and separating new antibiotics.
