| 摘 要： | 本试验成功地建立了检测旋毛虫病犬血清中的特异性抗体的一种新的免疫学诊断法 -三抗体间接 Dot-EL ISA法 ,并与压片镜检法 (TSM)和琼脂扩散试验 (AGID)进行了比较。试验结果表明 ,Dot- EL ISA和 AGID对2 4 5份被检血清的阳性检出率为 2 2 .86 % (5 6 / 2 4 5 )和 6 .94 % (17/ 2 4 5 ) ,两者符合为 30 .36 %。该法的检出率比AGID高 15 .92 % ,比 TSM高 18.37%。Dot- EL ISA的相对灵敏度为 AGID的 6 7.4 7倍 |

| Abstract: | A new immunological diagnostic method for detecting specific antibody in the serum of dog with trichinellosis-the double Sandwich Dot ELISA was developed.The sensitivity and specificity of the method were compared with that by TSM and AGID.Dot ELISA detected 22.86%(56/245) positivity,and AGID was 6.94%(17/245). This method detected 15.92% and 18.37% more positive reaction than AGID and TSM.The relative sensitivity of Dot ELISA is 67.47% times more than that of AGID. |
