| 摘 要： | 围绕基于障碍物的城镇土地定级指数计算模型的优化展开。运用GIS空间分析法解决了基于障碍物的城镇土地定级指数计算问题,使城镇土地定级结果更为合理。同时,以武汉市蔡甸区为例,对模型进行了验证研究,证实了该模型具有较优的应用性。

| Abstract: | The optimization of the calculation model for the urban land grading index based on obstacles was deployed.The calculation problem of the urban land grading index based on obstacles was solved by using GIS dimensional analysis method to make the grading results of urban land more reasonable.Meanwhile,taking Caidian District of Wuhan City as an example,the validation research was made on the model.It was proved that this model had better applicability. |
