荻花粉母细胞减数分裂和花粉粒发育的研究

摘    要:本文报道了禾本科芒属多年生草本植物荻的花粉母细胞减数分裂及花粉粒发育的观察结果,认为小花长度、花药长度及花药颜色可作为预测花粉母细胞减数分裂和花粉粒发育阶段的形态指标。

Abstract:The study results are as follows: 1) The cytokinesis of the pollen mother cells is of successive type and the tetrads are of symmetrical type. 2) In general, the chromosome number of the pollen mother cells is 2n=36. 3) A mature pallen grain consists of 3 cells. 4) The developing sequence of florets is that florets on the main spikele et develop before those on the branches, the second or third florets develop earlier than the others on branch spikelets and short stalk florets develop before long stalk florets.
