肉种鸡大肠杆菌脑型病原的分离鉴定及防治试验

摘    要:[目的]为了明确河南省新乡市某肉种鸡场种鸡的发病原因。[方法]利用常规培养基,对190日龄发病种鸡的脑组织进行细菌分离与培养、生化鉴定、血清型鉴定、回归试验和药敏试验,并研制鸡大肠杆菌疫苗。[结果]从病鸡脑中分离到10株大肠杆菌,经O血清型鉴定,表明O22和O53各为4株,O86为2株。通过病原分离鉴定,确定此次肉种鸡脑型大肠杆菌病的病原为O22、O53和O86,并以此研制出油乳剂灭活苗。药敏试验结果表明,分离菌株对氟苯尼考、硫酸新霉素敏感。选择敏感药物进行积极治疗,及时有效地控制了疫情。[结论]用分离菌株研制成油乳剂灭活苗,用于鸡大肠杆菌病的预防,效果十分理想。

Abstract:Objective The aim of the study was to ascertain the disease cause of the broiler breeders from a farm in Xinxiang city of Henan province.MethodUsing conventional medium,bacteria isolation and culture,biochemical identification,serotype identification,regression test and drug sensitivity test were made on brain issue of 190-day-old diseased breeders.And the vaccine against the chicken E.coli was developed.Result 10 strains of E.coli were isolated from brains of diseased broilers and their serotypes were identified as O22 with 4 strains,O53 with 4 strains and O86 with 2 strains by the O-serotype identification,respectively.The brain-pathogens of E.coli in broiler breeders was confirmed as O22,O53 and O86 by isolation and identification of pathogen,and the oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine was produced.Drug sensitivity test showed that isolated strains were sensitive to florfenicol and neomycin sulfate.Sensitive drugs were chosen to be used in active treatment and the diseases were controlled timely and effectively.ConclusionThe oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine developed by isolated strain was used to prevent chicken colibacillosis with an ideal effect.
