| 摘 要： | 通过电视将病虫为害症状、发生时间、防治方法等有关病虫预警和控制的主要内容,以图、文、声并茂的形式传递到千家万户,时效性强,通俗易懂,大大提高了植保技术的覆盖率。为此,我们借鉴各地经验,结合本市实际,开辟电视栏目,进行病虫预警及控制可视化的有益尝试。从2001年8月6日开播第1期,4年来共计播出151期。工作中有一些体会,积累了一些经验。1领导重视,措施落实市政府将电视预报作为发展现代农业和有效服务农业结构调整的主要措施,每年增拨专款支持电视预报。农业部门成立了栏目编辑指导委员会和编辑委员会,广电部门确定了外摄、配音、编…
