适于板料激光冲击成形的弹塑性本构模型

摘    要:基于几种经典的弹塑性本构模型理论,利用ABAQUS软件对TA2板料进行了激光冲击的仿真研究,并做了冲击试验。比较试验和仿真结果,以期找到板料在激光冲击的高应变率情况下,表征材料力学性能的本构模型。结果表明,硬化行为和应变率效应对板料激光冲击下变形有比较显著的影响,基于Johnson-Cook本构模型的仿真结果与试验结果最为接近。

Abstract:The precision of numerical simulation in metal sheet forming in a very great degree depends on if it can accurately define the mechanics performance of material. Based on several classical elastic-plastic constitutive theory and by using of ABAQUS the simulation and experiment of laser shocking TA2 metal sample was done. The results were compared in order to find the most desirable material constitutive equation in the case of high-strain-rate plastic deformation the comparison result indicates that in comparison with strain-rate work hardening has a significant effect on deformation of laser shocking TA2 sample and the simulation result based on Johnson-Cook constitutive theory approaches experimental data the most. The simulation result based on Johnson-Cook constitutive theory is helpful and acceptable from the point of view of predicting plate deformation.
