| 摘 要： | 通过对当前国内外农业信息化发展现状的阐明与分析,提出了消除信息鸿沟,实现东部与西部、农村与城市在信息交换与利用层面上的同步对等途径,并深入探讨了如何在深化农业信息化服务的基础上,形成解决“三农”问题的有效措施。
