生物制药药渣资源化利用途径的研究

摘    要:如何对生物制药药渣加以有效的处理和利用是目前制药行业迫切需要解决的环境问题。分析表明,生物制药药渣有机质含量高并有丰富的菌丝蛋白、多糖及矿物质营养,养分平衡,是一种优质花肥。盆栽施用药渣试验结果表明,供试的三种生物药渣用于一串红和孔雀草上,均能明显提高两种花卉的成苗率,并促进植株生长,有效分枝增加,花多而艳,花期延长,对改善花卉生长发育、提高花卉质量有显著效果。因此,生物制药药渣用作花卉肥料是一条安全有效的资源化利用途径。

Abstract:Treatment and reuse of wastes from bio-pharmaceutical factory is a critical challenge.Three kinds of wastes(pharmacy sludge,PV and AK) were directly applied on pot soils where Salvia splendens and Tagetes Patula L were grown in the present study.To evaluate benefits of application of the amendment,nutrients and parameters of the plants growth were measured and analyzed.The results showed that there were abundant nutrients in the amendment from bio-pharmaceutical factory,including organic matter,mycelium,albumen,amylose,minerals and so on.The pot experiments with Salvia splendens and Tagetes Patula L showed that application of the amendment can increase the seedling quantity,branchs quantity and prolong the florescence of the plants studied.Finally,they can advance abloom quality,suggesting that the amendment is a high quality organic fertilizer in horticultural planting.
