新型竹编水泥沼气池上部壳结构强度数值分析

摘    要:应用壳曲面单元对在滇南农村一带开发推广的竹编水泥沼气池上部壳结构进行了三雏模型数值分析。数值计算结果与实地测试和二维计算结果一致,表明竹编水泥沼气池结构具有优良的力学特性,在承受荷载上具有足够的强度和安全系数,对于进一步在农村推广应用具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Numerical analysis of three dimensional models of the upper shell of biogas digester, which is constructed of bamboo_weaved concrete in the southern rural of Yunnan, P.R. China, has been done by using shell element with curve surface in this paper. Numerical results are consistent with that of two dimensional results, and that of fields_testing and room_testing. All these show that the framework is reasonable in mechanics, which is with enough strength and safety coefficient, and that the research would be significance of much more spreading in countryside.
