| 摘 要： | 对2003年以来5280份内蒙古产地蔬菜的农药残留超标率进行了统计研究。结果表明,内蒙古产地蔬菜农药残留超标率进入到了经快速下降后的稳定波动期,农残超标率由2003年的13.6%快速下降到近五年的4.6%,最低年份降到2.9%,低于全国平均水平。绿叶菜类在历年农残超标率中最高,白菜类、甘蓝类次之,茄果类、豆类、瓜类最稳定,超标率也最低。超标风险较大的蔬菜品种分别为：芹菜〉甘蓝〉白菜≈油菜〉番茄≈黄瓜。而水萝卜、葱蒜也将成为人们备加关注的蔬菜。 |
