间隔圆弧异型粉碎室对锤片粉碎机性能的影响及试验研究

摘    要:针对目前锤片式粉碎机在粉碎过程中存在物料-空气环流层、粉碎能耗大、性能差的状况,提出采用间隔圆弧形异型粉碎室代替环形粉碎室的观点,利用气固两相流及流体力学理论分析物料在异型粉碎室内的流动特性和受力情况。在此基础上对间隔圆弧粉碎室粉碎机进行了性能试验。试验表明,间隔圆弧粉碎室可以有效改善粉碎机的工作性能,生产率平均提高10.5%,度电产量平均提高8.3%,温升平均降低1.1℃。

Abstract:The materials-air circulation is existed in the grinding chamber of hammer mill when grinding materials.According to the problem of lower production,higher consumption of energy,the piece-wise arc-shaped chamber is proposed.Using gas-solid two-phase flow and fluid mechanics in theory,the flow characteristics of materials and force condition in the special type grinding chamber is analysed.On this basis,it conducts test on the piece-wise arc-shaped chamber of hammer mill,the results show that the piece-wise ...
