| 摘 要： | 从陕西省的省情出发,探讨了陕西省发展农业保险的必要性与可能性,并结合全国和该省的实际,分析论证了发展我国农业保险的目标模式和过渡模式。在此基础上,就加快发展陕西省农业保险的问题提出了一些建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Starting from actual situations in Shaanxi Province, this paper discusses the necessity and possibility of developing agricultural insurance and also analyses the target model and transition model of developing Chinese agricultural insurance in close connection with the national and provincial actual situations. On the basis of which, some suggestions on the problems of developing agricultural insurance in Shaanxi Province were put forward in this paper. |
