大型油罐喷砂除锈机器人躯体结构设计

摘    要:针对大型油罐的除锈工作一直是国内外面临的难题,由于受油罐进出口狭小条件的限制,喷砂除锈机器人整体采用了便于拆装的组合结构,利用机械手、机械手行走小车、珩架、上支架、下支架等结构设计,并使用高效的喷砂除锈技术,解决了大型油罐的除锈难题。

Abstract:Rust Removing of large scale oil tank is a problem in all of the world.The sandblast and rust removing robot was developed for this project.Knocked-down combinatorial structure is adopted in the body of sandblast and rust removing robot because of the small entrance and exit.The structures such as Manipulator,the walking motor vehicle of manipulator,truss,upper frame,lower frame and effective sandblast rust removing technology are applied.All of these solve the problem of rust removing in large scale oil tank.
