无级变速器(CVT)系统效率的试验研究

摘    要:在进行CVT系统试验设计的基础上,进行了不同带轮油压条件下和不同负载转矩条件下CVT系统效率的试验,并利用Matlab软件进行试验数据分析。数据分析表明,CVT系统在合适带轮油压下可实现弹流润滑,效率较高;带轮油压过高会导致弹性油膜变薄甚至破坏,使得CVT系统效率大幅下降,同时中低负载转矩时,可以获得较为理想的传动效率。

Abstract:Based on the test design,the tests on CVT's efficiency under different oil pressure and various loads are carried out.The test data are analyzed with MATLAB.The numeric analysis shows:the CVT's efficiency is relatively high when the CVT is lubricated by elastic oil film with appropriate oil pressure;high oil pressure will make elastic oil film become thinner or even repture,and then which can reduce CVT's efficiency dramatically;when the transferring torque is small or medium,the transferring efficiency of CVT is perfect.
