火焰南天竹组织培养的研究

摘    要:以火焰南天竹茎尖做为外植体,研究其组织培养的条件。结果表明:初代诱导培养基为1/2WPM+6-BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,增殖培养基为1/2WPM+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,生根培养基为1/2WPM+IBA 0.1 mg/L,移栽成活率达90%。

Abstract:Taking stem tip of Nandina domestica as explants,the condition of tissue culture were studied.The results showed that the optimal medium for inducing first generation was 1/2WPM+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the optimal medium for proliferation was 1/2WPM+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,the optimal medium for take root was 1/2WPM+IBA 0.1 mg/L,survival ration was 90%.
