水浮莲对铜污染水体的修复试验

摘    要:以水浮莲(Pistia stratiotesL.)为试验材料,采用水培方法,对在不同Cu^2+质量浓度和不同pH值条件下,水浮莲对Cu^2+的吸收和积累特性以及Cu^2+质量浓度、pH值对水浮莲吸收Cu^2+的影响进行了研究.结果表明,水浮莲对低铜污染水体有良好的修复效果,在Cu^2+质量浓度为2.00、4.00、6.00和8.00 mg/L时水浮莲对铜的总去除率分别为88.50%、90%、50%、78.00%和74.63%;在Cu^2+质量浓度为4 mg/L、pH值为5.0、6.0、7.0时,水浮莲对铜的总去除率分别为76.50%,87.25%和83.00%.水浮莲对铜的修复主要依靠根的吸收和累积,其根部对Cu^2+的积累量远高于茎叶部分的积累量.

Abstract:The experiments were carried out by using Pistia stratiotes L.as investigation material.Using hydroponics culture,and setting different copper(Cu2 ) concentrations and pH values,the absorption and accumulation of Cu2 by P.stratiotes and the effects of Cu2 concentration and pH value on the absorption of Cu2 by P.stratiotes were studied.The results showed that P.stratiotes was good at remediating the water contaminated by low concentration of Cu2 .When the Cu2 concentration was 2.00 mg/L,4.00 mg/L,6.00 mg/L and 8.00 mg/L,the total removal rate of Cu2 by P.stratiotes was 88.50%,90.50%,78.00% and 74.63%,respectively.When pH value was 5.0,6.0,7.0 with the Cu2 concentration of 4.00 mg/L,the total removal rate of Cu2 was 76.50%,87.25%,and 83.00%,respectively.The remediation of Cu2 by P.statiotes mainly depended on the absorption and accumulation of its roots.And the accumulating amounts of Cu2 by roots were much higher than its stems and leaves.
