当前农村耕地利用与保护对策探讨

我国农村耕地的利用与保护，对农业乃至国民经济发展都具有重要作用，因此我国制订了一系列严格的耕地保护制度。但近年来，农民非法利用耕地问题日益严重，致使不少耕地被破坏、流失严重。该文对农民非法利用耕地的原因进行分析，并探讨防范农民非法利用耕地的对策措施。

Discussion on current countermeasures for utilization and protection of rural farmland

The utilization and protection of arable land in China plays an important role in agriculture and the development of national economy, so China has formulated a series of strict farmland protection system. But in recent years, the problems that farmers illegally use arable land became more and more serious, resulted in a lot of destruction of farmland, serious soil erosion and loss. This article analyzed the reason of illegal land use by farmers, and discussed the vent the illegal use of farmland.
