| Abstract: | Hepatocyte nuclear factor 3 （HNF3） proteins play pivotal roles in the regulation of metabolism and the differentiation of the metabolic tissues such as pancreas and liver. The structure, mechanisms and the functions of HNF3 in the embryo development and in the adults tissue were summarized in this paper. |
