| 摘 要： | 我国封建社会的经济是以农业为基础的自然经济,重农思想对封建农业影响深远.相应地,在国家制定的法律中,农业法占了较大的比重.主要表现为国家制定宏观农业法律保护农业的重要地位,考核农业官吏促进农业管理,保护农业生产,推广先进农业生产技术并对保护林、牧业等立法.

| Abstract: | Feudal society economy in China was agriculture-based natural economy.The thought of agriculture priority deeply influenced feudal agriculture.Accordingly,agricultural laws accounted for a considerable proportion of the laws formulated by the country,which was mainly expressed in creating macro-agricultural laws to protect the important states of agriculture,assessing government officials to promote agricultural management,protecting agricultural product,popularizing advanced production technique as well as making laws of forestry and animal husbandry. |
