摘 要: | 目的]为纳米材料在生物领域的应用提供依据。方法]通过紫外吸收光谱和核磁共振图谱研究纳米材料处理水分子团簇的变化。结果]在190~325 nm波段,纳米材料处理水的紫外吸收光谱的光吸收增强,表明水分子的结构和能态发生了变化;水的17O-NMR半峰宽变窄,化学位移减小,向低场移动。结论]水经纳米材料处理后分子团变小,活性提高。

Effects of Nano materials on Water Clusters |

Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the application of nano-materials in biological field.Method] The changes of water clusters treated with nano-materials were studied through ultraviolet absorption spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Result] The light absorption of water treated with nano-materials on ultraviolet absorption spectrum was strengthened at the wave band of 190-325 nm,which indicated that the structure and energy state of water molecule had changed.17O-NMR half-peak width of water became narrow and the chemical shift decreased and moved towards low field.Conclusion] Water treated with nano-materials had smaller micelle and higher activity. |
