平面翻堆机转子高度调节系统

摘    要:为了实现平面翻堆机转子的高度调节、水平平衡及安全保护,该文对翻堆机行走系悬置的液压系统及其控制器进行了研究,研究采用变结构和PID联合控制,获得转子水平的较高控制精度;通过采用线性随机二次型最优控制推导出转子高度调节的控制规律,仿真得出了不同信号输入下各参数的变化规律;同时基于预设的作业基准,实时完成转子高度控制。该控制策略能有效地消除因干扰力而引起的振荡现象,达到平滑的控制目标;油气悬置采用LQG控制,对转子高度调节性能有所提高。

Abstract:In order to realize the rotor height and horizontal equilibrium control,and safety protection,he hydraulic system and controller of the composting aerator suspensions were studied.The research has used the change structure and the PID control,obtained the control of high precision in the rotor level.The model was built by LQG control of the rotor system and the control law of position control was inferred by linearity random best control.The changing law of rotor parameters under different signals was known by Matlab simulation.Based on work data which supposed in advance,the rotor height was controlled real-time.This control policy can eliminate the oscillatory phenomena effectively which caused by the friction force,and achieve the control objective smoothly.The hydro-pneumatic suspension can improve the property of the rotor height control with the LQG control.
