摘 要: | 对蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类混合农药残留进行了快速测定条件的优化选择,结果表明:在pH值等于7.5,反应时间14.0min,次氯酸钙添加量为50μL时,可以获得较高的测定灵敏度。蔬菜中混合农药的抑制率,并不是相同浓度的各单一农药的抑制率的简单相加,而一般是随着农药品种的增多,而按不同的数量增加。

Study on Optimum Conditions for Rapid Determination of Multi-component Pesticide Residue in Vegetables |

Abstract: | The optimum conditions for rapid determination of organophosphorous and carbamate pesticide residue in vegetables were studied. The results showed that sensitivity of determination was higher under the testing condition of pH 5.0, conducting 14 minutes' reaction and adding 50μL Calcium-hypochlorite. According to the experiment,the inhibitory rate of multi-component pesticide residue generally increased at certain rate as the number of pesticide variety increased. |
