| Abstract: | The paper summarized and compared different kinds of molecular markers. It is an introduction about the using of molecular genetic markers in the field of the genetics and breeding work in sheep genetics. Such as the construction of genetic linkage maps, the locations of the genes related to important traits, the analysis of germ plasm diversities, the identifications of genetic relations, and so on. |
