茶叶标准研究进展

本文简明回顾了有关国内外茶叶标准制定的时代背景，重点介绍了有关国内茶叶标准制定的进展情况，扼要分析了各种有关茶叶标准的适用范围，指出不同的茶叶标准与不同的时代背景、贸易环境、茶叶生产水平相一致。建议国家尽快制定既符合目前国外对茶叶产品安全限量指标，又符合我国茶叶生产水平，可有效控制茶叶产品质量安全的新的国家《茶叶卫生标准》，以尽快使我国茶叶产品质量达到无公害食品的要求，并向着绿色食品、有机食品的方向发展。
