番茄碱的高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:以新疆优势资源里格尔87-5番茄品种为原料,通过乙醇提取,中性Al2O3柱层析法纯化番茄碱粗品,确定了HPLC分析番茄碱的色谱条件:色谱柱型为Zorbax-NH2(4.6mm×150mm),流动相:浓度0.01mol/L的Na2HPO4与乙腈体积比为30∶70,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为205nm。

Abstract:The text adopted the neutral Al2O3 to separate and to purificate the tomatine. The high-performance liquid chromatographic was developed for quantification of tomatine on a column Zorbax-NH2(4.6 mm×150 mm),and eluted with a mixture of 0.01 mol/L Na2HPO4/acetonitrile(30/70),The column effluent was monitored at 205 nm. Temperature was 35 ℃,flow rate is 1.0ml/min.
