发展完善湖北现代农业气象服务体系研究*

实施乡村振兴战略,气象服务必不可少。基于此,本研究简述了气象服务湖北农业发展取得的显著成效,系统分析了气象助力乡村振兴面临的问题,从助推农业发展的气象保障服务、聚焦“富饶乡村”气象保障服务、夯实“美丽乡村”气象保障服务、助力“平安乡村”气象保障服务、强化气象保障服务乡村振兴机制建设等方面提出了对策建议,为充分发挥“趋利避害、减灾增收”气象科技支撑作用,更好地发展现代农业、发展农村经济、促进农民增收,进而推动实施乡村振兴。

Research on perfecting modern Agricultural meteorological Service system in Hubei

Meteorological service was essential to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Based on this, this paper described the meteorological service of Hubei agricultural development had made remarkable achievement, analyzed the problems to rural revitalization, Some countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward from boosting agricultural development, focusing on rich rural areas, consolidating beautiful rural areas, helping safe rural areas and strengthening rural revitalization mechanism construction, which gave full play toSrole of meteorological science and technology in "seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages, reducing disaster and increasing income", it would better develop modern agriculture, develop rural economy and increase farmers" income, so as to promote rural revitalization.
