摘    要:将荧光引入免疫分析,使荧光免疫分析成为一种高灵敏的分析手段,具有操作简便、检测快速、准确度高和选择性好等优点,符合新的现场检测及监管的需求,近年在农残检测领域研究炙手可热。本文以荧光免疫分析为基础,系统综述了原理、常见的荧光标记物及近年来发展的几种较成熟的荧光免疫分析技术,并对其在农药残留检测上的应用进行了介绍,最后对该领域的研究前景进行了展望。

Development of FLUORESCENCE IMMUNOASSAY and its application in detection of pesticide residues
Abstract:The introduction of fluorescence into immunoassay makes fluorescence immunoassay a highly sensitive analytical method, which has the advantages of simple operation, rapid detection, high accuracy and good selectivity, and meets the requirements of new field detection and supervision, in recent years, the research in the field of pesticide residue detection is hot. On the basis of fluorescence Immunoassay, the principle, common fluorescent markers and several mature fluorescence immunoassay techniques developed in recent years are systematically reviewed, and their applications in the detection of pesticide residues are introduced, finally, the prospect of the research in this field is prospected.
