保水剂在蔬菜基质育苗中的应用研究II 保水剂对黄瓜穴盘苗壮苗生理基础研究

摘    要:保水剂通过提高穴盘育苗基质的持水量和保水性从而有效地解决育苗中需水严格与供水保水不足的矛盾。从已经得到的有关壮苗指数以及有关的生理变化可以初步判断,这种对于水分调控的效果已经远远超出“生长量”范畴,对蔬菜秧苗的生理活性也同时产生明显影响,保水剂的作用可以相对延长最佳持水量保持时间,植株保持较高的生理活性,因此,适宜的保水剂及用量将会由于影响秧苗质量而导致生产效果的改变。

Abstract:The appliance of water retention agent solve the contradiction between the water need and water supply by heightening of water keeping of media and water-holding capacity. The experiment shows the effect of water control is going beyond the "Growth Volume" and the effect of physiological activity by the about stern-seedling index and physiological transformation. The water retention agent can prolong the time of best water-keeping status relatively and keep the higher physiological activity of plant. So apply of feasible water retention agent and concentration shall conduce the change of producing effect due to the effect of seedling quality.
