摘    要:抗旱性不同的梅、杏、桃对土壤干旱处理后的生理反应有相似的趋势,表现为叶片含水量降低,水势下降,蛋白质含量下降,可溶性糖含量上升,游离脯氨酸(PRO)急剧增加,游离态脱落酸(FABA)缓慢上升,复水后这些反应都有不同程度的恢复。干旱处理过程中,抗旱性最差的梅PRO累积能力高于抗旱性强的桃和杏,而ABA变化种类间差异不大。

Abstract:In the present study, difference in physiological response to water stress in relation to drought resistance among Meizi, apricot and peach was stndied. There was a similar tendency to decrease in the content of water and protein and increase in the content of soluble sugar, free proline (PRO)and free abscisie acid(FABA) during water stress in Meizi, apricot and peach which are different from drought-resistance. These physiologial substanees had recovered to origiual levels after rewatering. During water stress PRO accumulation capacity of drought-sensitivity species Meizi was stronger thart that of drought-resistance species peach and apricot, and the variation of ABA among them showed no difference. The correlation among PRO, ABA and drought-resistance was discussed.
