4种菊科植物对重金属吸收的比较研究

摘    要:本研究以潼关县黄金生产区及附近地区菊科植物萎蒿(Artemisia selengensis)、小飞蓬(Conyza canaden-sis(L.)Cronq.)、叉枝蒿(Artemisia divaricata(Pamp.)Pamp)、茵陈蒿(Artemisia capillaries)为研究对象,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定植物体内铜、镉和锌等重金属含量,以便确定建立人工生态系统的植物种类.结果表明:4种植物中,小飞蓬对Cu和Zn的吸收效果最好,对Cu的富集系数为1.39,对Zn的富集系数为14.5,Cu和Zn主要储藏在植物的根部和叶片中.萎蒿对Cd的吸收能力强于其他3种植物,茎中Cd含量高于根系和叶片.茵陈蒿对3种重金属的吸收能力均较弱.筛选富集植物对3种金属元素的吸收时,小飞蓬为首选植物,茵陈蒿被排除.

Abstract:The contents of the heavy metals(Cu,Cd and Zn) in four Compositae plants,Artemisia selengensis,Conyza canadensis,Artemisia divaricata and Artemisia capillaries collected from around area of gold deposit in Tongguan County were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results were as follows: the contents of Cu and Zn in Conyza canadensis were both higher than those in other three plants,accumulation coefficients of Cu and Zn were 1.39 and 14.5 respectively.Cu and Zn were mostly accumulated in the root and leaves of Conyza canadensis.Artemisia selengensis had the highest absorption ability of Cd.Artemisia capillaries had the lower absorption ability of both three heavy metals than other plants.
