大汶河泰安段水质评价与污染防治措施研究

摘    要:本文以大汶河泰安段为研究对象,根据大汶河水质监测资料,用模糊数学法对大汶河主要控制断面的水质进行评价,并与常用的水质评价方法进行了比较。经分析,模糊数学法可以较好地反映出环境系统的模糊性,评价结果更为客观合理。从水质评价结果可以看出,大汶河水质已经严重污染。本文对大汶河水污染的原因进行了分析,结合实际提出了具体的污染防治措施,为大汶河水污染的有效控制和治理,确保南水北调东线工程的实施、运行与管理以及综合效益的发挥提供了科学依据。

Abstract:This paper assessed the water quality of main sections of Dawen River in Tai'an area with a fuzzy mathematics method according to water quality monitor data of Dawen River in 2000,and compared with the traditional method to assess water quality.The fuzzy mathematics method can reflect the fuzziness of environmental system.Therefore the result of assessment was objective and reasonable.It was showed that Dawen River Tai'an section was polluted seriously.The paper analysised causes of water pollution of Dawen Rive and put forward specific strategies of water pollution prevention to actualizing the synthetic benefit of the East-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
