摘    要:为了探索EM制剂在养殖业中的应用效果,在肉牛育肥场,用EM制剂分别对育肥肉牛所用的粗饲料和饮水进行了处理,研究设计了三种育肥方式,选用12~15月龄、未经阉割、膘情基本一致、体重接近的西杂公牛18头,随机分为3组,在精料完全相同的情况下,试验Ⅰ组粗饲料用经EM发酵的玉米芯粒,饮普通水;Ⅱ组粗饲料用普通玉米芯粒,饮1000倍EM稀释液;Ⅲ组(对照组)用普通玉米芯粒,饮普通水。在40d试验期间,试验I组与对照组相比,日采食量提高了13.33%,日增重提高了15.65%,增重成本下降了8.21%,效益比较显著;用1000倍EM稀释液饮水,效果不明显,有待于进一步探讨。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to explore the application effects of EM preparation on breeding industry. The roughage and water used for beef fattening were treated by EM preparation respectively in Cattle Fattening Farm. Three fattening systems were designed and 18 male Simmental crossbreds which were not castrated and have consistent fatness and nearly weight at 12 ~ 15 months old at a random were divided into 3 groups. Under completely identical concentrates, in the group Ⅰ all were fed corncob with EM fermentation and tap water,group Ⅱ was ordinary corncob and 1000 times dilution of EM and group Ⅲ was ordinary corncob and tap water. During the 40 days experiment, daily intake of group Ⅰ increased by 13.33%, daily gain improved by 15.56%, gain cost decreased by 8.21% and it could bring relatively remarkable benefit compared with control group. Drinking 1000 times dilution of EM had no obvious effect for beef fattening, it needed to be further investigated.
