啤酒中杂醇油的气相色谱分析

摘    要:啤酒中的杂醇油是影响啤酒品质的重要因素,是啤酒发酵过程中的副产物,利用小口径毛细管柱气相色谱法测定啤酒杂醇油的含量,是一种先进的的分析检测方法。在该次对比试验和多次重复试验中研究通过对直接进样法和静态顶空进样法的定性定量分析对比,得到了较为可靠的色谱条件。利用小口径毛细管柱气相色谱法直接进样检测法重现性好、简单、方便、快速、准确,能满足对分析检测的需要。

Abstract:The fusel oil is the most important factor to impact the quality of beer and is one of outgrowths during the beer ferment.Using small-bore capillary column GC to measure the content of fusel oil in beer is an advanced test measure.In this contrast experiment with more repetitions,the credible conditions of chromatogram were obtained by comparison on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of two kinds of injecting sample methods of directly injecting sample and static state headspace injecting sample.It was showed that the measure method of using small-bore capillary column GC with directly injecting sample was simple,convenient,high-speed and accurate and could meet the needs of analysis and testing.
