| 摘 要： | 根据输水工程的具体情况,全面分析了项目在建设及运营过程中存在的风险因素,并提出了相应的风险处理措施。通过融资风险分析与避险措施的研究,以避免或减小项目在建设和运行过程中的失误和损失,达到项目的预期目的。

| Abstract: | According to practical cases of water transport project,the risk factor in the process of construction and function of the project was roundly analyzed,and the corresponding risk treatment was provided.By the analysis of the financing risk and the study on the risk control method,the mistake and lose in the process of construction and function can be avoided or reduced,reach to the expecting purpose of the project. |
