| Abstract: | Three vigorous shoots were obtained in MS medium added 1.0 mg/L BA. Rapid propagation of plantlets in Oplopanax elatus was feasible by using tissue culture, and this technique had significance for utilizing and protecting the natural resource of Oplopanax elatus which is in severe danger. |
